Subscription plans and payments are processed securely through Stripe, our billing partner. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose. All pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed at the time of purchase. Refunds, billing details, and payment-related issues are subject to Stripe’s policies. We may update pricing or introduce new service tiers and will communicate any changes in advance.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to terminate or restrict your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful or unlawful behavior. Upon termination, access to your account and content may be restricted. User-initiated account deletion is not yet supported, but we plan to introduce this feature in the future.
Our Service uses trusted, industry-leading infrastructure and follows standard security practices. However, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or absolute security. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of the Service, data loss, or inability to access the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or violation of these Terms.
